Hey there eyeless mud-burrowers!
We have some good news! After the manufacturers screwed up the first run, we got it all sorted, and now we have Molecular flying off the printing presses with everything 100%, with the cloth bag included, linen finish added and the box reconfigured to make sure everything fits nicely.
Here's a pic

Soon we'll be getting these to you! Hang in there Moles!

Hey there moles!
Thanks to all of you who responded to the survey!
As you can see below, the overwhelming response was to wait for the factory to reproduce the content that was produced incorrectly, to ensure that we get the best possible Molecular, albeit a bit later than anticipated.
Thank you again for all of your support!
Best favourite chemical has to be 'Limonene'!
Keep eyes peeled and clicking fingers at the ready for some Molecular playthrough videos with the sample copy!

HELLO MOLES.
We have some fabulous news!
Here at ITB HQ we've just received the first copy sample from our manufacturers over in Shenzhen, China!
Here are some pics!
The First Tiles
The First Game
The First Box
This part of the process is where we send feedback to the manufacturers to confirm that everything is good to go with the game, and to give them the go ahead to ocean ship the big pile of games over to us to distribute to all you wonderful people.
Although we were super happy with the vast majority of the game as it was provided, there were a couple of things the manufacturers missed off.
Firstly the cloth bag wasn't included into the box, secondly the linen finish wasn't applied to the game cards.
Although the cloth bag isn't a problem at all the other games have yet to be assembled, so these can easily we added to the boxes, the linen finish would require a complete reprint of all the cards, which will likely result in a further delay.
As we're aware that we've already missed our target December shipping date, we'd like to give you, the backers, the opportunity to determine what happens next. As we promised that we'd include a linen finish on the cards we wouldn't feel right rushing the project forward to ensure you weren't waiting ages, if you felt as thought the lack of that aspect of the game was missed off.
Below is a survey which we'll use to make the decision. We'll go for a simple majority. YAY DEMOCRACY.
We have learned an awful lot about the tabletop games industry throughout the process of making Molecular, and we have every single one of you to thank for making our dream a reality. Thanks to the success of Molecular we've been able to professionalise our operation, get ourselves to Essen Spiel, recruit designers, artists, sculptors, writers and videographers which will hopefully result in some absolutely stellar projects from ITB in the future!
Exciting news from our friends over in Shenzhen, China - the games are being made!
We're waiting for an express copy of Molecular for approval, and providing all is well with the copy - we'll be getting all of them shipped over to ITB HQ for some shipping mayhem!
In the mean time, we hope that you all have a fantastic festive period, with whoever you're sharing it with, wherever you're doing it and however you're celebrating! We'll be being terribly British and eating excessive amounts of roasted vegetables drowned in gravy (for those of you across the pond, gravy is brown over here!) and watching reruns of awful British television.
In the new year we're looking forward to some incredible new ITB things, from Statecraft and Broken Shield, to exhibiting at UKGE and Essen.
We hope to see you soon, whether on-line or on-cardboard.
